Notes for Ralph Morgan Mutzabaugh
Ralph’s death was ruled to be suicidal strangulation by hanging. He was reported missing after indicating to his family he was going for a walk from the Altoona Home. He had been home ill for several weeks, away from his job as a store manager. On January 25, 1947 he was discovered in the barn of Altoona resident Gerald McKendree, hung from a dark partitioned area of the structure.
