Notes for Emma Anastasia Farabaugh
Emma was raised in Allegheny Township, Cambria County, Pa. In 1900, she was living in Carrolltown, Pa., with the Vincent Stoltz family, where she was a "servant." She was sometimes known as "Emaline," or "Amelia." She and George lived in Akron, Oh., and Emma last lived in Coyahoga Falls.

At the time of his marriage, George Langbein was operatng the family harness shop in Patton, Pa. He and Emma lived in Patton following their honeymoon, but by 1917 they settled in Akron, Ohio, where George became a painter for a rubber company. By 1930, George was an insurance salesman there.
