Notes for Mary Roselia Dimond
Mary died of the consumption (tuberculosis). “Her illness originated from a bad cold which led to tubercular consumption, from which she lingered ten months and during that time she was patient in her sufferings and never heard to complain. She was a devoted member of the Catholic church and during her illness had all the consolations of her religion.”

Mary was a teacher when she was single, for several terms at the Bishop school in Allegheny Township, Cambria Co., “where by her gentle ways and kind words she became widely known by all in that community.”
