Ellen, or Ella, appears in the 1885 Census for Renville Co., Minn., with her parents. In 1895, she and her daughter Agnes lived in Bird Island Twp., Renville Co. In 1900 and 1910 she and Louis Sanders lived in Mantrap Twp., Hubbard Co., Minn. Ella followed her daughter Agnes to Alberta, Can., in 1910. She lived on her farm home near Coaldale, Alta, but spent winter months with Agnes at Milk River, Alberta.
