Notes for Alfred Clement Reger
A casualty of WWI, Alfred served in the 54th Pioneer Infantry Regiment of the US Army and was engaged in the Meuse-Argonne offensive in France. Although Alfred died on the first day of the offensive, It is believed he died of disease rather than on the battlefield.
